Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
Green Eden Technology ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the corporate and personal information we process. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of data acquired through our website, logistics operations, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services.
2. Resident Data Sanitization Standards
We recognize that our clients entrust us with hardware containing sensitive, proprietary, and personal data. Our primary obligation is the permanent destruction of this "Resident Data."
- Sanitization Protocol: All data-bearing assets undergo sanitization in strict accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-88 Revision 1 Guidelines for Media Sanitization.
- Non-Access Policy: Green Eden Technology employees do not access, view, or copy any data residing on client hardware. All media is either digitally wiped via certified software or physically shredded.
- Verification: Upon successful destruction, a serialized Certificate of Data Destruction (COD) is issued, transferring data liability and confirming compliance with HIPAA, FACTA, and GDPR requirements.
3. Information We Collect
We collect "Administrative Information" necessary to facilitate business partnerships and logistics:
- Contact Information: Name, business email, phone number, and corporate address.
- Logistics Data: Site access requirements, asset manifests, and serialized inventory lists.
- Digital Data: IP addresses and website usage via cookies to improve our enterprise portal experience.
4. Chain-of-Custody & Physical Security
To ensure the privacy of the assets in our care, we maintain a rigorous physical security infrastructure:
- Restricted Access: All facilities are monitored 24/7 via CCTV and biometric access controls.
- Secure Transport: Assets are transported in locked, GPS-tracked vehicles with sealed cargo bays to prevent unauthorized access during transit.
- Vetting: All personnel undergo federal-level background checks and regular security training.
5. Data Retention and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Administrative Information to third parties. Information is only shared with authorized logistics partners or regulatory bodies when required for compliance audits (e.g., R2v3 or ISO audits). Administrative records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or legal requirements.
6. Privacy Rights & Contact
Authorized corporate representatives may request access to, or deletion of, their Administrative Information by contacting us.
